Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy To reserve your spot on the San Blas trip, a non-refundable deposit of $65 USD is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance ($295 USD) must be paid in full, in USD cash, during the pre-departure meeting in Capurganá, which takes place one day before the tour begins. We ask for the majority of the payment in cash because all of our local suppliers in San Blas must be paid in cash. This region is one of the most remote places on the planet, and access to banks or digital payment systems is extremely limited. We also strongly recommend that you change your Colombian pesos to U.S. dollars before arriving in Capurganá, as it can be very difficult to find enough dollars in the town. Cancellations made after the deposit is paid will not be refunded. In case of no-show or failure to pay the remaining balance at the pre-departure meeting, your place on the trip will be forfeited without refund. If the tour is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances on our side, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued.
